There is no reference to it in add/remove. Remove Windows 2000 from the C:\BOOT.INI file. See "How to Edit the BOOT.INI File in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q289/0/22.asp). Restart to check if Windows XP boots as usual. If so, delete the Windows 2000 files manually from the HDD.
